1. Can I be a member of Shuttle Masters?

We have a membership program. Once you become a member, you can enjoy a reduced rate of AUD 5 for any of our organized sessions.

2. What if I don't want to be a Member?

You can still book and play as a non member on our registration platform "Spond"

Step 1: Download the Spond app via the App Store or Google Play Store
Step 2: Join our group using the code WMTSZ.

Current price for Non Members is AUD 10 per player if the player confirms the spot and pays within the deadline. 

3. When can I start RSVPing to an event?

Once you join our group via the Spond app, you will receive notifications on your phone as soon as an event opens up for registration. You can choose the "Attend" or "Decline" option to register your preference for a session. 

Please keep an eye out for notifications from the Spond app on your phone as our events get sold out pretty quickly!

If you do see the event you want to attend is sold out, fear not - we have a waitlist for each event that is managed within the same platform. Sometimes situations change, and people cannot make it to the event. When that happens, we will give the opportunity to the waitlisters on first come first serve basis.

We'll try our best to respond. However, please also remember that the committee members are all volunteers who also have full time jobs, so please allow enough time for us to respond.
